Mandy Smith

Mandy Smith is currently the General Manager of Warranty & Contractual Entitlements at Delta Air Lines. Previously, Smith held various positions at Delta, including Lead Warranty Manager and Senior Warranty Coordinator, and served as an Executive Officer at the British Consulate-General in Atlanta. Smith also has experience as a Biology Teacher at Stephenson High School and as an Animal Programs Specialist at Zoo Atlanta. Smith’s earlier career includes serving as a Staff Sergeant with the US Army during Operation Enduring Freedom. Smith earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Chemistry from Georgia State University.
