Tim Gregory

MD, HR Innovation & Workforce Technology at Delta Air Lines

Tim Gregory is the Managing Director of HR Innovation and Workforce Technology at Delta Air Lines. Tim has held this position since October of 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director of HR Innovation and Workforce Technology at Corning Incorporated from May of 2014 until October of 2018. In that role, they reported to the Chief Human Resources Officer and was responsible for exploring the impact of disruptive technologies in the area of HR. Tim also led the development of Corning's HR2025 Roadmap, which explores the practical application of a variety of technologies impacting the #FutureOfWork.

Before their time at Corning, Gregory served as the VP of HR Operations and Systems at New York Life Insurance Company from May of 2012 until May of 2013. In that role, they designed an HR Transformation program based on SAP / Success Factors. Prior to that, they were the Director of Global HR Operations and IT Strategy at Colgate-Palmolive from September of 2003 until May of 2010. In that role, they led a $45M multi-year global-scale HR transformation.
