Simon Bailey

Simon is a specialist in managing complex transactions and support teams across a broad range of structured capital markets and lending businesses. Simon has supported business development, growth and integration, and has nearly 20 years’ experience working with a number of leading investment banks.

Simon is the co-head of Delta Capita’s Structured Retail Products (SRP) business, and joined Delta Capita in 2017 to help establish the business, which provides services and technology to a number of major global structured product issuers.

Prior to joining Delta Capita, Simon was a Director in Credit Suisse’s Equity Derivatives division and studied Management at Leeds University.
