Delphine Dyer

Delphine Dyer is a Mechanical Field Engineer at Delta Constructors, currently working on constructing a new drill site on the North Slope of Alaska. They have previous experience as a Rotating Equipment Engineer at both Hilcorp and BP, where they optimized maintenance schedules and implemented preventative maintenance strategies for industrial equipment. Delphine also worked as a Pressure Systems Integrity Engineer at BP, focusing on production efficiency and risk management. Prior to their professional roles, Delphine was involved in tutoring students in math and engineering subjects. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
