Alena Rymkiewicz

Alena Rymkiewicz, PhD, is the Associate Director at Delta Consulting Group, where they focus on advanced consulting in project management. They served as a Senior Advisor at Project Advisors International LLC from 2019 to 2023, specializing in forensic delay analysis and claims consulting.
