Dave Brown

Dave Brown has over 30 years of experience in executive and leadership roles across industries such as engineering, medical research, education, air ambulance services and video/audio terminal equipment. Their most recent role as the Chief Operating Officer at Delta Development Team, Inc. began in November 2020. Prior to this, they were the Principal at Growth Pathways, LLC from 2017 to 2020. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Field Director for Wings of Hope, providing program direction and fulfilling all pilot duties for an air ambulance service for a local NGO in Belize. Dave served as the General Manager for Albuquerque Engineering Services group at National Technical Systems, Inc. from 2006 to 2013 and as the Chief Operating Officer for Onda Corporation from 2004 to 2006. Dave also served as an Adjunct Faculty at St. Mary's College teaching Project Management and Management Theory and as the President, CEO of Life Measurement, Inc. from 1998 to 2003. Dave was the Vice President, Operations at Sierra Video Systems, Inc. from 1994 to 1998 and the Executive Vice President at Folsom Research, Inc. from 1986 to 1994.

Dave Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1972. Dave went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco between 1987 and 1989.
