Bart de Boer

Bart de Boer has a diverse work experience in the technology and research fields. Bart is the Founder and CTO of Delta Diagnostics since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at TNO from 2010 to 2019, holding various roles including Sr. Scientist, Project Manager, and Systems Engineer. At TNO, they managed research projects in the biomedical and industrial domains, as well as the Radiometric Calibration Facility for space instruments. Bart also worked on systems engineering for space and medical applications and initiated and chaired TNO's Systems Engineering Working Group. Earlier in their career, Bart worked at Philips Research as a Research Scientist and Research Engineer, where they conducted research in various departments and focused on system architecture, design, and realization of electronics for biomedical applications.

Bart de Boer achieved their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Bart further pursued their education by attending Eindhoven University of Technology, where they obtained their Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from 2002 to 2007.
