April Lai

April Lai currently serves as the Site HR Manager and Head of Taiwan Learning and Development at 台達電子 since December 2022. Prior to this role, April held positions at CommonWealth Magazine Group as Deputy Director Of Human Resources and Manager of Learning and Development from October 2019 to December 2022. April's career in the field of Learning and Development began at 資誠 (PwC Taiwan), where April progressed from Associate to Senior Associate and then Assistant Manager between August 2010 and October 2019. April Lai holds a Master's degree in Technical and Vocational Education from National Taipei University of Technology, completed in July 2010.
