Frank Frulio

Frank Frulio is currently the GM and Head of Telecom Infrastructure at Delta Electronics, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as GM and Global Head of Space Services at Spire from 2022 to 2024, capitalizing on their extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Frank's prior roles include significant leadership positions at AT&T, Singtel, XO Communications, and CenturyLink Business, where they excelled in sales and business development. Frank holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and both a Bachelor’s and an MBA from the University of Central Florida College of Business.
