Matthew Chang

Matthew Chang is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Delta Electronics since October 2023. Previously, Matthew held the roles of General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at EMQ Inc. from June 2017 to September 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel for Corporate Securities and M&A at Keysight Technologies, Attorney at Chiang Law Office, and Associate positions at several firms including Crone Rozynko, LLP and Rutan & Tucker. Matthew began career as an Associate at McDermott Will & Emery after completing a judicial clerkship at the U.S. District Court, EDNY. Educational qualifications include a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, an MA in Energy and Environmental Studies from Boston University, and a BS in Biology from the University of Redlands.
