Milly Yang

Milly Yang is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager at Delta Electronics since March 2021, Milly has successfully executed executive hiring and developed global employer branding policies. Previously, as Talent Acquisition Leader for Taiwan, Milly led significant recruitment efforts, achieving a 91% recruiting goal in 2022 and expanding recruitment teams in 2023. Milly’s earlier roles include Employee Relations Senior Specialist and Talent Acquisition Principal Specialist at 聯發科, and various HR positions at companies such as Faraday and Digiwin Software Co., Ltd. Milly holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (Psychology) from National Chengchi University and a master's degree from National Chung Cheng University.
