Mukesh Sharma

Mukesh Sharma is an experienced professional in customer service and support for industrial automation products, currently serving as Director of Customer Service at Delta Electronics since January 2014, and as Deputy General Manager of Customer Support at Delta India Electronics Pvt Ltd during the same period. Mukesh has overseen customer service operations for a range of products including VFD, ASD, PLC, HMI, TC, and PID across India. Prior to these roles, Mukesh contributed to the establishment of Telecom Power Rectifiers and Controllers, as well as UPS facilities at Gurgaon and Rudrapur from June 2010 to July 2012. Mukesh began a career in the field as an engineer at Siemens Energy & Automation from May 1997 to June 1999, following a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Aligarh Muslim University.
