Regina Hsu

Regina Hsu is a seasoned professional in learning and talent development, currently serving as the Global Learning and Talent Development Manager at 台達電子 since November 2017. In this role, Regina leads initiatives to enhance talent pipelines and implement leadership development programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at MediaTek, where Regina focused on improving learning impact through various training programs and systems, and as a Section Manager at TSMC, where Regina managed the Learning Management System and received a National Training Quality Award. Additional roles include Assisting Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, leading call center training, and Training Specialist at Ford Lio Ho, executing training programs. Regina holds a Master’s degree in Training & HRD from the University of Warwick.
