Simon Chang

Simon Chang is the current President and COO at Delta Electronics. Prior to this, they were Design Manager at Compal from July 2014 to February 2016. There, they worked on component engineering system, automotive camera module, and ADAS system. From June 2011 to June 2014, they were ODM Manager at SiOnyx LLC, where they managed the ODM/OEM business of IP Surveillance Camera. Simon also established DQA, PQA, and OQA systems of IP Surveillance Camera. Additionally, they worked on product/business developments of IP Surveillance Camera in Mainland China and developed HDR imaging based on multiple exposure fusion. Simon also planned ADAS Products, including Around-view Monitoring (AVM), and Active/Passive Night Vision systems. Prior to that, they were Project Leader at Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd. from September 2009 to June 2011. There, they led ODM product design, Mfg processes and communicated with customers including consumer DV and water-proof DV. Simon also planned DV product roadmap and related technologies and led automated manufacture and inspection processes for DV products. Before that, they were Senior Consultant at LearnWay Technology Consulting Co. from February 2003 to August 2009 and Senior Staff Engineer at Crescentec Corp. from May 2001 to January 2003.

Simon Chang has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from National Chengchi University in New Technology Administration and Management. Simon also has a Master's Degree from National Sun Yat-Sen University in Automatic Control / Image Processes. Simon Chang is also certified as a Charted Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
