Talha Waseem

Talha Waseem is an experienced R&D Electrical Engineer currently at Delta Electronics, specializing in hardware and EMC. Prior roles include R&D Hardware Design Engineer at PIONIERKRAFT, focusing on hardware design, PCB design, chip programming, and EMC design and testing, along with a master’s thesis on control design for Pionierkraftwerk 3.0. Talha has also worked as a Junior Design Engineer at SunPower Pvt Ltd, performing load calculations and system design, as well as a Field Application Engineer at TWC Technologies, where data analysis and machine learning model development were key responsibilities. Early experience includes internships at Pak Elektron Limited and Millat Equipment Limited, where Talha gained practical skills in electrical design and quality assurance. Talha holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
