Ying-Hsiu Chen

Ying-Hsiu Chen is a Senior Product Designer at 台達電子 since January 2023, specializing in the design and implementation of MES/MOM systems to enhance Smart Manufacturing and Operations across various industries. Previously, Ying-Hsiu served as a Product Designer for DottedSign at Kdan Mobile from May 2016 to November 2022, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, business developers, marketing specialists, and developers. Ying-Hsiu holds a Master’s Degree from the Innovation Design Research Institute at National Taipei University of Technology (2013-2016) and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from National United University (2009-2013).
