Simon Yang

Simon Yang is a seasoned manufacturing quality engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles spanning over two decades. Currently employed at Delta-Q Technologies since June 2016, Simon has successfully implemented lean manufacturing practices, optimizing production lines through automation and efficiency improvements. Prior to this role, Simon served as a test technician at Link2 Manufacturing, where troubleshooting and testing of PCBA were key responsibilities. As a senior process engineer at STMicroelectronics, significant contributions were made to process qualifications and yield improvements, while earlier experience as a process engineer at Motorola China involved setting up processes and performing FMEA. Simon holds a Master of Science in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tianjin University.
