Ramesh Raghavan

Ramesh Raghavan is a seasoned recruitment and operations professional with extensive experience in the IT and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Recruitment Manager and Director of Operations at Delta System & Software, Inc. since July 2023, Ramesh oversees the onsite/offshore placement of SAP and NONSAP consultants while managing vendor and client relations. Prior to this, Ramesh held the position of Senior Account Manager at GBTechinc from June 2021 to July 2023 and served as Senior Recruitment and Business Development Manager at Materials Software System Inc. for over 13 years, contributing to significant revenue growth from 6 million to 50 million. Ramesh holds a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, completed in June 1995.
