Mark Mitchell, GISP, is the Director of Operations Technology at Delta Utilities, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Mark has contributed to various organizations including Entergy as an AMFM Software Engineer, the City of New Orleans as a Geographic Information System Specialist, and SSP Innovations, LLC as both a Senior and Principal Consultant. Mark's extensive background in Geographic Information Systems includes roles as an EGIS Analyst at both KAYA Associates and NASA, and as GIS Manager at Pond & Company. Mark is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science and Meteorology from the University of South Alabama, alongside a Master's degree in Geography from the University of New Orleans.
