Ryan King is the Chief Regulatory and Growth Strategy Officer at Delta Utilities, leading regulatory efforts and growth strategies for a New Orleans-based natural gas utility since 2023. With a diverse background as an attorney, engineer, entrepreneur, and business owner, Ryan previously served as General Counsel for National Water Infrastructure, managing legal and regulatory matters and overseeing significant acquisitions and projects from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Ryan practiced law at Phelps Dunbar, specializing in regulated utilities and corporate transactions from 2017 to 2021, and worked as a civil and structural engineer focusing on marine design from 2012 to 2014. Ryan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Louisiana State University.
