Marit Solheim

Marit Solheim has held various key positions in labor representation, including serving as 1.nestleiar at Delta since 2022 and previously as 2.nestleiar from 2020 to 2022. They worked as Hovudtillitsvald for Førde kommune and as a 4H-instruktør for 4H Sogn og Fjordane from 1989 to 2005. Marit pursued education in arbeids- og organisasjonspsykologi at Universitetet i Bergen and completed a program for tillitsvalde at Høgskolen i Buskerud og Vestfold. Their early studies included a degree in kulturarbeid from the University of South-Eastern Norway between 1987 and 1989.
