Serge Wacka

Serge Wacka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business development across Southern Europe and Africa. Currently serving as the Country Manager at DeltaComGroup since April 2016, Serge oversees operations of the company's affiliates, ensuring compliance with local regulations, facilitating growth strategies, and managing staff training and hiring. Previously, as the Business Development Manager for Italy and France at Shields from November 2014 to March 2016, Serge showcased a strong aptitude for driving sales and brand development. Serge holds a Master’s Degree in Private Banking from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and has pursued further education at HEC Paris.
