Jim Lilly holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science Water Science and Management from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Central Washington University. They have extensive experience in environmental management, disaster and flood risk management, and project oversight. Previously, Jim worked as an Agricultural Extension Agent with the Peace Corps in Zambia and served as an Environmental Floodplain Specialist with FEMA. Currently, they are an Advisor in Disaster and Flood Risk Management at Deltares, focusing on impact and vulnerability within the disaster cycle.
