Kees van Ruiten

Kees van Ruiten is a seasoned professional in water management, currently serving as a senior advisor at Deltares since its establishment in 2008. Prior to this, Kees worked extensively as an advisor and researcher at various organizations, including the National Institute for Coastal and Marine Management and Rijkswaterstaat, from 1993 to 2008. Kees also has a background in acoustics, having begun their career as a researcher at TNO-TPD from 1977 to 1993. Kees holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from HTS-Haarlem and an engineering degree in acoustics from Delft University of Technology.
