David Burke is an experienced director with a strong background in contact center operations and client services. Currently serving as the Director of Service BC Contact Centres at Maximus Canada since May 2023, David previously held significant roles including Global Director of Client Services and Accounts Payable Service Desk at Conduent, overseeing operations in seven countries. David’s expertise extends to consulting in contact centers and health information technology, notably as a Project Lead for the New Brunswick Department of Health. Additional leadership experience includes directorships at Millennium 1 Solutions and Avis Budget Group, where David managed large teams and launched major operations. With a Bachelor of Engineering from Dalhousie University, a Diploma in Engineering from Saint Mary's University, and a Certificate in French from Université Sainte-Anne, David combines technical knowledge with a proven track record in operational excellence and customer service.
