Raymond Li

Raymond Li is an experienced project manager currently working at MAXIMUS Canada since June 2012, managing IT projects for the British Columbia Ministry of Health. Previous roles include Software Engineering Manager at IBM from March 2009 to July 2011, where management of software engineering teams at the IBM China Software Development Laboratory took place, as well as overseeing professional development. Prior to that, Raymond served as Software Engineering Manager at Motorola from April 1999 to February 2009, focusing on team recruitment, project budget control, and career development, while also holding the position of Principal Staff Software Engineer with a focus on embedded software development and software architecture. Raymond holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Beijing University of Technology.
