Anna Dixon has extensive experience in curriculum development and customer care, currently serving as Senior Manager of Curriculum & Delivery at Deltek since December 2015. With a strong focus on aligning training materials with product releases and customer needs, Anna has held various positions including Manager and Team Lead within Customer Care, managing tools and product certifications to ensure high-quality training outcomes. Prior to Deltek, Anna worked as a Customer Care Analyst at Union Square Software and as a Computer Science Teacher at Toot Hill Academy. Anna holds a PGCE in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Sunderland.
