Eric Cordell

Eric Cordell has extensive experience in the field of information security and technology infrastructure. Eric has held various leadership positions in different companies, where they have been responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, managing compliance issues, and overseeing the integration of security services for customers.

In their most recent role as the Sr. Director of Global Cloud & Product Security at Deltek, Eric was recruited to lead a FedRAMP compliance initiative and improve DevSecOps adoption. Eric worked with senior leadership to establish a new security vision and strategy and managed various security operations, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and internal audit. Eric also built a DevSecOps organization from the ground up and implemented processes and technology to align software engineering with business requirements.

Prior to their role at Deltek, Eric worked as an Executive Security Consultant at Operational Ally, where they provided guidance and mentoring on security and compliance issues to customers. Eric also served as the Vice President of Information Security at GNS Healthcare and the Director of Cloud Security Services at Aqueduct Technologies, where they were responsible for managing the integration efforts for cloud and managed services.

Eric's experience also includes roles such as Network and Security Manager at Interger, Manager of Information Technology & Security at Anna Jaques Hospital, Manager Network & Security Architecture at Commonwealth Financial Network, Network Security Architect at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, and Network Engineer at Telution. Eric began their career as a Systems Administrator at Shepley Bulfinch Richardson & Abbott (SBRA).

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to build strategic relationships, and a track record of successfully implementing security initiatives. Eric has experience in managing global technology infrastructure, overseeing IT operations, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Eric Cordell has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University. Eric also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology Management, also from Southern New Hampshire University.
