Fina S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer learning and instructional design. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Learning Experience at Deltek since March 2011, Fina S. oversees the quality and effectiveness of Deltek University’s learning assets and plays a vital role in strategic program development for customer product education. Previous roles at Deltek include Director and Senior Manager positions, where management of a high-performing team of instructional designers was central, focusing on the creation of targeted learning solutions for a global customer base. Prior to Deltek, Fina S. worked as a Senior Content Specialist at Stream Global Services, developing training solutions aligned with client needs. Fina S. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Research from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2003.
