Gary Smith has extensive work experience in customer success and support roles. Gary has held various positions at Deltek, including Vice President of Customer Success, Senior Director of Customer Care, and Director of Support. In these roles, they have led global support teams, implemented support processes, and improved customer satisfaction ratings. Prior to Deltek, Gary worked at ACS as the Senior Director of Operations Support and Development, where they managed a global department and participated in strategic business planning. Gary also worked at LiveBridge as the Director of Operations Support, overseeing call center operations and launching a project implementation department.
