Laurel Spaulding, M.A., currently serves as Sales Development Manager for Strategic & Enterprise at Deltek, leading an award-winning team and consistently exceeding revenue goals. Recognized as a President’s Club Honoree for exceptional performance, Laurel has shown a strong ability to train and coach sales development representatives, resulting in numerous promotions. With prior experience at Phreesia as Sales Development Manager for Enterprise, Laurel managed SDR teams in the healthcare SaaS sector and developed successful sales strategies. Earlier roles include senior management positions at Window Ninjas and Holy City Exteriors LLC, along with various leadership and teaching roles at Coastal Carolina University, culminating in a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership & Instructional Design.
