Luke H. has extensive experience in enterprise customer success and project management, currently serving as a Senior Principal Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Deltek since September 2015. Responsibilities include global consulting services engagements, scoping and estimating solutions, and contract management for Maconomy and WorkBook products. Previously, Luke was a Principal Consultant focused on global enterprise projects for advertising and professional services companies implementing Maconomy ERP. Prior to Deltek, Luke worked at Taylor Nelson Sofres from March 2010 to September 2015 as a Project Manager for a global ERP rollout and as a Procurement Executive. Luke holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of York.
