Mark Bayona has extensive experience in IT service management and cloud services, holding significant roles at various organizations. At GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) from January 2020 to September 2021, Mark served as Problem Management Lead and later as Service Reliability and Incident Governance Lead.
