Marlon Yander

Marlon Yander serves as the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Deltek since March 2022, leading the development and implementation of DEI strategies for a global workforce supporting project-based businesses. Prior to Deltek, Marlon held the position of Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Freddie Mac from March 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing business resource groups, divisional councils, and community engagement strategies. Marlon's extensive experience in human resources and diversity initiatives at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH spanned nearly a decade, culminating as Inclusion & Diversity Lead for Global Manufacturing & Supply, while previously holding various HR roles within the company. Earlier career highlights include managerial and operational positions at Spherion and Thomas and Betts. Marlon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government/International Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
