Matt Cass

Matt Cass is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in cloud delivery engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Cloud Delivery Engineering at Deltek, Matt leads a supportability team focused on enhancing monitoring and incident response capabilities. Previous roles at Deltek include managing North American customer care for EMEU-based products and overseeing customer experience initiatives. Prior to joining Deltek, Matt was a Data Engineer at Teradata, a Team Lead Software Engineer at the Air Force Research Laboratory, and held various production roles at NBCUniversal and BG24 News. Matt holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and two Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Telecommunications from Wright State University, along with a minor in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Bowling Green State University.
