Matt Tonelson

Matt Tonelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as a Senior Accounting & Finance Consultant and Team Lead at Deltek since February 2018. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Staff Accountant at ECS Federal, where responsibilities included preparing for ADP Vantage Implementation, reconciling payroll data, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Matt's earlier experience includes a Tax Intern position at TOONE & ASSOCIATES, LLP, where skills in QuickBooks Online, tax return preparation, and client communication were developed. Matt began a career in customer service as a Lifeguard at Quince Orchard Swim and Tennis Club for five summers while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems Audit from Virginia Tech, graduated in 2017.
