Matthew Rand is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise solutions, specifically within the architecture and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Sales Representative for Deltek's Enterprise A/E Specification Solutions since April 2022, Matthew has consistently been recognized as a top performer, earning placements in the Deltek Presidents Club in both 2023 and 2024. Prior roles include positions at ConstructConnect™ as an Enterprise Business Development Representative, as well as various senior management and sales roles at Deltek and InterSpec, Inc., where Matthew specialized in product consulting and brand development for specification solutions. With a foundation in retail and telecommunications sales from U.S. Cellular and Verizon, Matthew brings a strong sales acumen and customer service orientation to the field. Education includes attendance at Andover College in Maine and Windham High School.
