Michael Hines

Michael Hines has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles focused on partnerships, alliances, and sales. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Partnerships & Alliances at Deltek since 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at E2open as the Vice President of Global Channels & Alliances, where they successfully established and led the Global Channels & Alliances department, driving revenue and organizational growth through partner relationship development and strategy implementation. Michael'sexperience also includes serving as the Senior Director of Alliances at Icertis from 2015 to 2018, as well as holding senior director positions at InfinityQS International and Dassault Systemes, where they played a vital role in managing partner relationships and driving pipeline growth. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Channel Sales Manager at Brightpoint North America and as a Major Account Manager at Alltel Communications. Throughout their career, Michael has worked with several prominent companies including Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and Capgemini.

Michael Hines holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997. In 2020, they attended Missouri State University for Customer Experience Management but did not complete a degree. Michael also has additional certifications in various areas such as strategic planning, managing up, body language for leaders, elevator pitch, and strategic partnerships, which they obtained from LinkedIn in the years 2020-2022.
