Miracle Guiao

Miracle Guiao has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career in 2011 as a Recruitment Specialist at First Oceanic Property Management, handling end-to-end recruitment for various positions. In 2012, they joined iSearch Global Human Capital Solutions, Inc. as a Recruitment Consultant, responsible for sourcing and recruiting specialized skills for BPO and shared services clients. They then moved to NetSuite in 2016, where they held roles as a Recruiter II and Senior Talent Advisor, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing techniques and partnering with business unit managers. Since 2018, Miracle has been working at Deltek as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, providing exceptional hiring support and acting as a consultant to hiring managers. They were promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and most recently, Team Lead, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Miracle Guiao completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Guidance and Counseling Stream from the Philippine Normal University from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, Miracle obtained a Licensed Teacher certification from the Professional Regulation Commission. In 2015, Miracle received a Registered Psychometrician certification from the Professional Regulation Commission and a Targeted Interviewer certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International. In 2021, Miracle obtained a Data Storytelling for Business certification from StoryIQ.
