Rick Howard

Rick Howard is a Principal MasterSpec Specification Writer at Deltek, where they have been contributing since 2018. With over 40 years as a registered architect, they have written specifications and performed field observations across various sectors, including healthcare and education. Rick also conducted property condition assessments and contributed to the AIA MasterSpec system. They served as Treasurer for CSI Columbus from 2010 to 2022 and were an Independent Specifications Consultant from 2009 to 2018. Rick holds a BS in Architecture from The Ohio State University, earned in 1974.
