Rob Walton

Rob Walton currently serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Deltek, managing a legal team and overseeing contract negotiations and drafting. Walton has also been a Board Member at Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company since December 2014 and previously held the position of Senior Policy Director at Transparency International-USA, promoting compliance initiatives in the private sector. Co-founding VistaLaw International LLC, Walton provided a range of legal services to international business clients. Experience includes serving as Managing Director & Group Counsel at BearingPoint, Inc., and Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Cable & Wireless. Earlier roles include attorney positions at Cole Raywid & Braverman and Wilmer Cutler & Pickering. Walton holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in History from Harvard University.
