Sara Olson

Sara Olson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sara most recently worked at Deltek as a Senior Principal Acquisition Integration Business Analyst starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle in different roles including Global IT, Business Operations, and Business Analyst. Sara'sresponsibilities included managing development for various functionalities and leading transformational initiatives. Sara also worked at Peoplesoft, Inc as an IT Process Manager and WW Support Sales Business Ops, Business Process Lead. Sara began their career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as an Account Executive, Senior Manager. Sara also worked at Andersen Consulting and ARTHUR ANDERSEN & CO. in different consulting roles. At Rand McNally, Inc., they were an IT Senior Application Consultant. Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, and business analysis.

Sara Olson holds an MBA in Finance/Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained from 1986 to 1991. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1980 and 1984. Sara has also acquired various additional certifications throughout their career, including Scrum Master II, ITIL Expert v.3, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, P.M.P., ISO9001 Certified Lead Auditor, and TickIT Lead Auditor.
