Tom Hoferek

Tom Hoferek is a Senior Principal User Experience Designer at Deltek, where they continue to drive innovative design solutions. With a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Carleton University, Tom co-founded Macadamian Technologies and later held key design roles at notable companies, including Autodesk, Adobe Systems, and Corel Corporation. At Autodesk, Tom designed significant web application features and received the CEO Award for outstanding performance. Throughout their career, Tom has focused on enhancing user experiences and fostering collaboration among teams.
