Tom Notar

Tom Notar has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom served as the Vice President of Global Financial Operations at Deltek, where they managed a global team and implemented strategic solutions to improve profitability and cash flow. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Sales Operations at BROADSOFT, Inc and MicroStrategy, where they were responsible for global sales support and implemented tools to improve sales effectiveness. Tom also served as the Senior Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at MCI/Verizon, leading the acquisition of Network Securities and Totality Corporation. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Finance at XO Communications, where they successfully reduced capital spending and managed the company's budget.

Tom Notar obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, completing their studies from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Fordham University - Gabelli School of Business, attending from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to leadership, diversity, and professional skills from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification taking place in 2023.
