Raquel Acosta is an award-winning cortadoras de Jamón with more than ten years of experience in the gastronomy and ham-cutting sector. A native of Burgos, she is a pioneer in the world of ham and has distinguished herself as a powerful force in a male-dominated field. She began her journey in 2013, working in a Jamónería in Salamanca. Training with the best ham cutters in Spain, Raquel showed a natural talent and enthusiasm for the craft and soon jumped into the world of professional ham cutter competitions.
