Stephen Phung is an experienced operations and data processing professional with a strong background in IT technical support and academic advising. Currently serving as Lead Operations at Deluxe since May 2019, Stephen is responsible for monitoring work processing and collaborating with supervisors to establish processing priorities. Previously, as a Data Processing Specialist, Stephen focused on data-driven decision-making and performance accuracy.
