Ayan Bhandari

Ayan Bhandari is a seasoned industrial designer with extensive experience in various roles within the design and business sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Designer at Delve since January 2022, Ayan also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at nuway LLC, an organization dedicated to providing safety equipment for women in third world countries who rely on motorcycle taxis. Ayan's previous experience includes significant roles at Ximedica as a Senior Human Centered Industrial Designer and Human Factors Industrial Designer, as well as teaching as a Visiting Professor at the Rhode Island School of Design. Earlier career stages included industrial design positions at Clinvue, Techtronic Industries, quirky.com, and as a freelance designer for Actifity.com. Ayan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Virginia Tech and is currently an MBA candidate at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
