Curt Irwin

Curt Irwin has a strong background in human factors engineering and project management. Curt is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Factors Engineering at Delve, previously known as Bresslergroup. Before that, they held the same position at Delve+Bresslergroup. Prior to joining Delve, Curt was the Director of Human Factors Engineering at Bresslergroup. Curt also worked as a Senior Human Factors Engineer + Project Manager at Delve from 2019 to 2021.

Curt's earlier experiences include working as a Human Factors Engineer + Project Manager at Design Concepts, where they contributed to the design process of medical and consumer products and collaborated with clinicians and key opinion leaders. Curt was also a Research Scientist and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on touch screen usability and improving the functionality of technology for people with disabilities and older adults.

Curt began their career as an Engineering Co-op at Beloit Corporation, where they gained exposure to various engineering departments, purchasing, logistics, research and development, and machine shop operations. Overall, Curt's work experience showcases their expertise in human factors engineering, project management, and usability research.

Curt Irwin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. Curt later pursued a Ph.D. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies in 2007.
