Daniel van Alphen

Daniel van Alphen has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial design. Daniel currently serves as the Head of Industrial Design at Delve since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Industrial Design at IDEO from June 2022 to June 2023. As the Director of Industrial Design at SharkNinja, they worked from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they contributed significantly to Philips, where they served as the Global Creative Lead for Philips Ultrasound from 2012 to 2018. Daniel also held the role of Senior Consultant - Product Design from 2008 to 2012 and Consultant - Ambient Experience Design from 2006 to 2008. Daniel began their career at Steelcase as an Industrial Designer from 2004 to 2006.

Daniel van Alphen has a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Universität der Künste Berlin. Daniel also has a Certificate of apprenticeship (Gesellenbrief) from Schlosserei Seidel Berlin. In addition, they have studied Industrial Design at Dongseo University.
