Jason Splan is currently the Director of Prototype Development at Delve, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Jason managed prototype development at Design Concepts from 1999 to the present, following their role as Group Leader in the Model Shop at Crown Equipment Corporation from 1994 to 1999. Jason earned an Associate's degree in Model Making from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.
